1. OVERVIEW

THIS MEMBERSHIP POLICY (“POLICY”) SETS FORTH THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS THAT GOVERN YOUR USE OF RECOVERYPLUS’S SERVICES, PROGRAMS, AND OFFERINGS, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO GUIDED RECOVERY SESSIONS, PERSONALIZED PLANS, EQUIPMENT ACCESS, AND ANY FUTURE IN-LOCATION AMENITIES. BY PURCHASING A MEMBERSHIP OR PARTICIPATING IN OUR SERVICES, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OUTLINED BELOW.

2. MEMBERSHIP TIERS

RECOVERYPLUS CURRENTLY OFFERS MULTIPLE TIERS OF MEMBERSHIP, EACH WITH VARYING BENEFITS AND ACCESS. THE SPECIFIC FEATURES INCLUDED IN EACH TIER MAY EVOLVE OVER TIME. A DETAILED BREAKDOWN OF TIERS AND FEATURES CAN BE FOUND ON OUR WEBSITE.

WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO MODIFY, SUSPEND, OR DISCONTINUE ANY MEMBERSHIP TIER OR FEATURE AT OUR DISCRETION, WITH OR WITHOUT NOTICE.

3. LIFETIME RATE & FOUNDERS BENEFITS

MEMBERS WHO ENROLL IN THE FOUNDERS TIER OR EARLY-BIRD PROGRAM MAY BE ELIGIBLE FOR A DISCOUNTED LIFETIME RATE, WHICH REPRESENTS A SUBSTANTIAL VALUE COMPARED TO OUR HIGHEST-TIER MEMBERSHIP. WHILE WE WILL MAKE EVERY EFFORT TO HONOR THESE RATES, RECOVERYPLUS RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REVIEW AND AMEND PRICING STRUCTURES IN THE EVENT OF BUSINESS CLOSURE, LEGAL MANDATES, OR FORCE MAJEURE.

4. ACCESS & AVAILABILITY

UNTIL THE LAUNCH OF OUR PHYSICAL LOCATION, CERTAIN FEATURES — INCLUDING FREE-RANGE RECOVERY EQUIPMENT, RECOVERY MACHINES, EXTENDED HOURS ACCESS, AND GUEST PASSES — WILL BE UNAVAILABLE. FEATURES THAT REMAIN AVAILABLE PRIOR TO BRICK-AND-MORTAR LAUNCH INCLUDE:

  • CERTIFIED RECOVERY SESSIONS

  • PERSONALIZED RECOVERY PLANS (DESIGNED BY LICENSED PHYSICAL THERAPISTS & DIETITIANS)

  • MONTHLY OR WEEKLY CHECK-INS (BASED ON MEMBERSHIP LEVEL)

THE TIMING OF OUR PHYSICAL LOCATION LAUNCH IS CURRENTLY UNDETERMINED. ALL MEMBERSHIPS REMAIN ACTIVE AND APPLICABLE TO DIGITAL AND PERSONALIZED SERVICES.

5. CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

MEMBERSHIPS ARE BILLED ON A MONTHLY BASIS AND MAY BE CANCELED AT ANY TIME BY EMAILING CONCIERGE@RECOVERYPLUS.LIFE WITH A MINIMUM OF 7 DAYS’ NOTICE PRIOR TO YOUR NEXT BILLING CYCLE.

NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED FOR UNUSED TIME, PARTIAL MONTHS, OR FEATURES UNAVAILABLE PRIOR TO THE OPENING OF OUR PHYSICAL FACILITY, AS THESE LIMITATIONS ARE DISCLOSED AT SIGN-UP AND THROUGHOUT THE SITE.

6. RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE

RECOVERYPLUS RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE, TERMINATE MEMBERSHIPS, OR SUSPEND ACCOUNTS AT ANY TIME FOR ANY REASON, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ABUSIVE BEHAVIOR, MISUSE OF SERVICES, FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH POLICIES, OR BEHAVIOR DEEMED DETRIMENTAL TO OUR TEAM, BRAND, OR COMMUNITY.

7. HEALTH & SAFETY DISCLAIMER

RECOVERYPLUS PROGRAMS ARE DESIGNED TO ENHANCE RECOVERY AND WELL-BEING. HOWEVER, THEY ARE NOT A SUBSTITUTE FOR PROFESSIONAL MEDICAL TREATMENT. ALL PARTICIPANTS ARE ENCOURAGED TO CONSULT WITH A PHYSICIAN BEFORE BEGINNING ANY RECOVERY OR FITNESS PROGRAM.

RECOVERYPLUS AND ITS REPRESENTATIVES ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INJURY, HEALTH CONDITION, OR LOSS SUSTAINED WHILE PARTICIPATING IN OUR SERVICES.

8. PRIVACY & DATA

ANY INFORMATION COLLECTED FROM MEMBERS — INCLUDING HEALTH DATA USED TO CREATE PERSONALIZED PLANS — IS STORED SECURELY AND ONLY USED TO DELIVER SERVICES. YOUR INFORMATION WILL NOT BE SHARED OR SOLD TO THIRD PARTIES WITHOUT YOUR CONSENT, EXCEPT AS REQUIRED BY LAW.

9. MODIFICATIONS TO THIS POLICY

RECOVERYPLUS MAY UPDATE THIS POLICY FROM TIME TO TIME. WHEN CHANGES ARE MADE, THE “EFFECTIVE DATE” ABOVE WILL BE UPDATED ACCORDINGLY. CONTINUED USE OF SERVICES CONSTITUTES ACCEPTANCE OF ANY CHANGES.
